Heath & Safety

Legislation - the buck stops with you

Whatever the size of your organisation, you have a legal obligation to implement and maintain a Health and Safety System. And even if you already have one - it may not be enough to keep you on the right side of the law or satisfy an insurance company in the event of a claim (remember that some Insurance Companies tend to look for loopholes first).

Our associated Health and Safety Consultants, with over 20 year's experience, advise that they see many organisations that simply do not come close to compliance  - but organisations are all too aware of the high cost of creating and maintaining a fully compliant system from scratch - with many owners at risk of insolvency, prosecution and even possible imprisonment (should the worst happen).

Wouldn't it be simpler if there was already a proven Health and Safety Library providing a wealth of information, guidance and simple checklists to help you set up and maintain a fully compliant Health and Safety System?

Well strange that you should ask, there is and it can be more cost effective than you would think. Subscribe to the service (tax-deductable) and begin to take control of critical Health and Safety issues - and remember no one needs to call but if you don't have the time to do it yourself - expertise could be available at discounted daily rates.

Even if you have everything under control, others you meet may not be quite so confident, feel free to share this with them. Suitable for all micro, small, medium sized businesses, clubs and other forms of association. If you are looking to do more business with local or central Government,  H&S policy and process will be a condition of tender.
